Refund policy
At Meemz & Co, we comply with Saudi e-commerce regulations to ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience.
Right of Return
Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Items not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Custom or special-order items
Return requests must be submitted before sending any item back.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days, in accordance with Saudi regulations.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will assist you.

Please review size information carefully before ordering. Measurements may vary slightly by design. Returns are not accepted due to size preference.

حق الاسترجاع
يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع خلال ٧ أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب
.يشترط لقبول الاسترجاع
أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة وبحالتهـا الأصلية-
وجود التغليف والبطاقات الأصلية-
تقديم إثبات الشراء-

يجب التواصل معنا أولاً قبل إرسال أي منتج
الاسترداد
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم إشعار العميل بحالة الطلب
في حال الموافقة، يتم استرداد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال ١٤ يوم عمل حسب أنظمة المملكة
رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد
المنتجات التالفة أو غير المطابقة
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو غير مطابق، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام مع صور واضحة، وسنقوم بخدمتكم
تنويه المقاسات
يرجى مراجعة معلومات المقاسات بعناية قبل الطلب. قد تختلف القياسات قليلاً حسب التصميم. لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع بسبب تفضيلات المقاس
شحن المرتجعات
يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج تالفاً أو غير مطابق
